We present an easy interpretation of a drink found on our latest drinks list. This is a batch pre-mixed which is packed with the flavours of a festive period, which makes it perfect for your holiday party. Any leftover cordial to use in morning drinks, desserts, or to mix more rounds of this cocktail.

Makes enough for 10 servings
For the Citrus Syrup (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
Ingredients for the Drink (yields 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (as made above)
A few cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Method
Making the Cordial: Combine all the components in a pan, heat until it reaches a light boil, mixing so the sugar melts. Next, remove from the heat and leave to reach room temperature completely. Pour into an sealable bottle, cap it and refrigerate it in the fridge, it can be stored for up to four weeks.
To make Batch Mix: Pour every spirits and syrup into one sizeable container, allow it to infuse for one hour, then filter it best through muslin, to ensure it's fully clarified.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml from the cocktail base into a cocktail shaker packed with ice, and agitate carefully for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Filter into an cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, decorate with some cranberries and finish by giving it a light spray of the essential oil over the top.
